First steps for a student
Open the school workspace, sign in with your approved account, and join the school using the invitation process. Choose the correct class before starting a learning conversation. If your class is missing, ask the teacher to check your membership.
- Read the class help policy.
- Choose an available model.
- Add your question and what you have tried.
- Check the response and any cited material.
First steps for a teacher
Have the school assign your teaching role and class. Set the learning policy, select allowed models, and try sample student questions. Open the class review view to confirm you can see the expected conversations and responses.
First steps for a school administrator
Confirm the school provider account, model prices, membership process, and spending controls. Test with separate teacher and student accounts. Record the person responsible for access changes and provider billing before expanding the rollout.
Troubleshoot in the right order
For access problems, check the signed-in account and class membership. For unavailable models, check the approved model set and provider availability. For a missing file, check upload completion and source permissions. Include the affected page and time when contacting support, without sending student conversation content unless needed and authorized.
