How many students will use it?
Start with the students who will actively use Nexus in the planned phase. A pilot class and a whole-school rollout have different platform totals. Update the count as the rollout changes rather than treating an early estimate as an invoice.
Estimate model usage
Estimate a monthly provider amount per learner, then compare it with actual pilot usage. Include long-file activities, multiple responses, and safety review calls in your observation. The calculator does not predict token use from the number of students.
What the estimate includes
The combined estimate adds the $20 platform amount per active student to your provider usage assumption. Provider charges are separate. Taxes and provider fees are not included, and an estimate does not imply unlimited access.
