Tell us what you need to do
For a rollout conversation, include the school name, approximate active student count, intended age groups, and the classes or subjects you want to start with. Tell us whether the school already has a model provider account.
Report an issue with enough context
Include the page address, device and browser, what you expected, and what happened. A timestamp and the visible error text help investigation. Do not include passwords, provider keys, payment card details, or unrelated student records.
