Review class conversations
See the questions students asked and the help returned for the classes you teach.
Open the class conversation list#
Sign in as an assigned teacher or school operator and open the class in School management. Select a conversation from the list to read its prompts and answers.
Read the full context#
Check the student's question, their attempts, and the responses together. A short answer can mean something different after several hints. When the student used multiple models, review each returned answer.
Check the conversation's bound learning policy when you need to understand which instructions applied.
Keep the access boundary#
Teachers can review conversations for their assigned classes. An unrelated teacher, student, or personal account does not receive this access. The school review view does not expose unrelated personal conversations.
If a conversation you expect is missing, check the class assignment and whether the work took place in the school workspace.
Use the review to plan help#
Look for the point where the student stopped explaining their reasoning or repeated a misconception. Use that evidence to decide what to discuss in class. A transcript alone does not establish intent or misconduct.
Report an access problem#
Contact the school operator if a class is missing or assigned incorrectly. If you can see work you should not be able to see, stop opening it and report the conversation reference to support without copying its contents into an unrelated channel.
