Share classroom skills
Package a repeatable learning routine and control who can use each version.
Write a useful routine#
A skill contains instructions for a kind of work. For a classroom, that might be a source-checking routine, a draft critique, or a sequence of hints. State when the skill should be used and what the student should do themselves.
Publish a version#
School skills have published versions. Create the skill, add its instructions and files, and publish a version before sharing it. The version gives reviewers and users a specific set of instructions to inspect.
Review and share#
Authorized reviewers can review a published version. Share the version with the intended school audience or class. A review badge depends on a current qualifying review; it is not a guarantee that every output will be correct.
Install and use#
Install an authorized version for the intended context. The runtime checks installation access when loading skill content. A skill shared with one class should not become available to another class through a copied installation identifier.
Change or remove access#
Publish a new version when instructions change. Remove a share, revoke a review, or uninstall a version when it should no longer be used. Check both the visible library and a runtime request after an access change.
Keep credentials out#
Do not include provider keys, student account passwords, or private access tokens in skill files. Use the platform's configured connections for authenticated tools.
