How data is persisted in the Nexus system

What the workspace stores#
The platform uses a relational database for accounts, configuration, conversations, and access records; a search index for retrieved material; and file storage for uploaded or connected documents. Exact services and retention settings depend on the deployment.
Credentials and encryption#
Encryption depends on the configured application and infrastructure controls. This guide does not certify an encryption algorithm, hosting region, or key-management configuration. Ask the operator for the current deployment record.
Retention and deletion#
Review how conversation deletion, source removal, backups, and school retention rules interact. Removing an item from a screen does not establish that every backup or provider-side record has been deleted.
