School workspace troubleshooting
Check membership, class policy, provider setup, and source access when a request does not work.
I can sign in but cannot see a class#
Confirm that you opened school.narb.cc and used the account approved by the school. Ask the operator to check both your active school membership and your class assignment. A successful sign-in does not grant class access by itself.
The model I want is unavailable#
Check the selected class and its approved models. The teacher may have narrowed the catalog, or the provider may need configuration. Ask the teacher which model fits the assignment.
A conversation will not send#
Check that a class is selected, then look for an allowance or provider error. Keep a copy of your unsent question while resolving the problem. Avoid repeated retries that could create duplicate requests.
A source is missing#
Open the source in its original application. If you cannot access it there, ask the owner. If you can, an administrator should check the connector's indexing status and permission mapping.
A teacher cannot review a conversation#
Confirm the teacher is assigned to the conversation's class and that the conversation belongs to the school workspace. Personal conversations do not appear in class review.
Contact support#
Send the page address, the time of the problem, and the visible error message through support. Include a conversation reference if relevant. Remove credentials and private student content from screenshots.
