Enterprise Edition administration features
Availability depends on your school's enabled tools, provider setup, and account permissions. These settings are managed in the web workspace. A class policy may restrict a feature described here. Some options require a separately licensed feature. The presence of a guide does not unlock that feature.
Confirm the features your school needs#
Some underlying platform features require a separately licensed edition. Reference documentation describes them so an operator can plan a deployment; it does not grant that license or promise that every Nexus account includes them.
Authentication and permissions#
Review OIDC, SAML, and group permissions when planning an identity integration. Confirm that the intended release and license support the configuration.
Connected-source access#
Permission-sync connectors can use source permissions when the connector and edition support it. Test access with actual school roles before indexing sensitive material.
Analytics and administration#
Platform analytics and audit features can have their own licensing requirements. Nexus class conversation review is a school workflow with assigned-teacher access; it is not a promise that all underlying enterprise analytics are unlocked.
Arrange the configuration#
Contact Nexus with the identity provider, source systems, approximate user count, and features your school needs. Confirm the license, deployment, commercial terms, and support arrangement before rollout.
